Focused on Accountability. Committed to Our Clients.

Guiding individuals and families across California through serious personal injury matters.

At TMG Injury Law, we help individuals and families whose lives have been disrupted by serious injuries. When an injury happens because someone failed to act responsibly — whether a driver, a property owner, a business, or a public entity — our role is to step in, protect your interests, and help you move forward.

We handle a wide range of personal injury matters, including car and rideshare accidents, slip and trip-and-fall injuries, unsafe or dangerous property conditions, defective products, traumatic brain injuries, and serious falls on sidewalks, at grocery stores, and in other public or commercial spaces.
From your first call through resolution, we focus on clear communication, practical guidance, and direct attorney involvement. Our goal is to make the legal process understandable, reduce the stress that follows an injury, and pursue accountability from the parties responsible.
Outside the office, I believe in staying active and grounded. I enjoy hiking, exercising, and spending time outdoors, which helps me maintain focus and perspective in a profession that demands both intensity and discipline. I’m also a lifelong basketball and football fan, and I appreciate the strategy, preparation, and teamwork that those sports demand—qualities that translate directly into how I approach my cases. If you’re looking for a lawyer who will personally handle your case, communicate clearly, and stand up to insurance companies and corporations that refuse to play fair, I would be honored to help.

Timothy M. Ghobrial, Esq.: An Attorney Who Takes Injury Cases Personally

I’m a California personal injury attorney who represents people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives—after serious accidents, preventable injuries, and situations that never should have happened in the first place.

I have been licensed to practice law in California since 2017, and since that time my work has focused on helping injured individuals stand up to insurance companies, corporations, and property owners who refuse to take responsibility. Early in my career, I learned a simple but important truth: when someone is injured, the system does not automatically work in their favor. Claims are delayed, liability is disputed, and injured people are often left overwhelmed and unsure where to turn. My role is to change that dynamic.

I focus exclusively on plaintiff-side personal injury cases, including car and truck accidents, premises liability (slip and fall injuries), dangerous property conditions, assaults and negligent security, and product or equipment defects. I routinely handle cases that other firms decline—cases involving signed waivers, disputed fault, missing or altered evidence, or powerful defendants. Many of these cases resolve for significant recoveries not because they were “easy,” but because they were prepared thoroughly and strategically, with trial always in mind.

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I am direct, responsive, and honest. I don’t overpromise results, I don’t disappear after a case is signed, and I don’t treat people like file numbers. My clients know where their case stands, what the strategy is, and why certain decisions are being made. When necessary, I am aggressive. When patience is the smarter approach, I explain that as well. Either way, my clients are informed and involved every step of the way.

I run a modern, detail-driven practice that combines hands-on legal work with smart use of technology and trusted experts. This approach allows me to move cases efficiently, identify leverage early, and avoid common pitfalls that delay or weaken claims. But at its core, my work is still personal. Injuries affect families, livelihoods, and long-term stability—and I take that responsibility seriously.

Our Legal Services for You

We provide expert legal solutions with trusted advice, strong representation, and proven results for individuals, families, and businesses.

Pedestrian Accident Injury Claims

Pedestrians are among the most vulnerable road users. When a pedestrian is struck by a car, truck, or other motor vehicle, the injuries are often severe or life-threatening. These accidents are frequently caused by driver negligence. At TMG Injury Law, our experienced personal injury attorneys are dedicated to protecting injured pedestrians and helping them recover the compensation they deserve.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Claims

A traumatic brain injury (TBI) can have life-altering consequences for victims and their families. Even a mild brain injury can lead to long-term cognitive, emotional, and physical challenges. When a TBI is caused by someone else’s negligence, you have the right to seek compensation. At TMG Injury Law, our experienced personal injury attorneys are dedicated to helping brain injury victims obtain justice and financial recovery.

Truck Accident Injury Claims

Accidents involving large commercial trucks often result in devastating injuries due to their size and weight. Truck accident cases are far more complex than typical car accidents and frequently involve multiple liable parties. At TMG Injury Law, our experienced personal injury attorneys represent victims of truck accidents and aggressively pursue the compensation they deserve.

Rideshare Accident (Uber & Lyft) Injury Claims

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft have transformed transportation, but accidents involving rideshare vehicles can be legally complex. Determining who is responsible— the driver, the rideshare company, or another party—depends on multiple factors. At TMG Injury Law, our experienced personal injury attorneys help victims of Uber and Lyft accidents navigate these complexities and pursue the compensation they deserve

Dog Bite Injury Claims

Dog bites and animal attacks can cause serious physical and emotional trauma, especially to children and older adults. When a dog owner fails to control or properly restrain their animal, they may be held legally responsible for the injuries caused. At TMG Injury Law, our experienced personal injury attorneys are dedicated to protecting dog bite victims and helping them recover the compensation they deserve.

Product Defect Injury Claims

Consumers trust that the products they use every day are safe. Unfortunately, defective and dangerous products can cause serious injuries or even death. When manufacturers, distributors, or retailers put unsafe products into the marketplace, they must be held accountable. At TMG Injury Law, our experienced personal injury attorneys represent individuals injured by defective products and fight for the compensation they deserve.

Holding Negligent Parties Accountable

When preventable mistakes lead to serious injuries, accountability matters. We represent individuals and families harmed by unsafe conduct — whether caused by a careless driver, an unsafe property condition, or a company that failed to prioritize safety.
We work to ensure responsible parties are held accountable while helping our clients navigate the process with confidence, clarity, and direct attorney involvement.

Clear Guidance From Start to Finish

We follow a structured, strategic process designed to protect your rights, reduce uncertainty, and position every case for the strongest possible outcome. Clients are kept informed at every stage, with no guesswork and no surprises.

We gather and preserve critical evidence, review medical records, analyze reports, and consult trusted experts when needed. This step builds the foundation of your case.

Strategy Development

Every case is different. We identify leverage early, anticipate defenses, and develop a strategy tailored to your specific facts—always with trial readiness in mind.

Frequently Asked Questions About Personal Injury Cases

Being injured due to someone else’s negligence can be overwhelming. Many people are unsure where to start, how the process works, or what to expect from an attorney. Below are answers to the questions clients ask most often, helping you understand your options, your rights, and how we handle even the most complex personal injury cases.

Speak With an Attorney

We’re here to listen and help you understand your next steps.

If you were injured due to someone else’s negligence—whether in a car accident, on unsafe property, or because of a defective product—you may have a valid claim. Even cases involving disputed fault, signed waivers, or unclear evidence can still succeed with proper investigation and strategy.

This is extremely common. Insurance companies often delay or deny claims hoping injured people will give up. My role is to shift that balance—by gathering evidence, working with experts, and preparing every case as if it will go to trial.

Most cases resolve through settlement, but meaningful results come from being fully prepared to go to trial. I approach every case with that mindset, which often creates leverage and leads to stronger settlements. If trial becomes necessary, your case will not be rushed or underprepared.

You will always know where your case stands. I believe clients should be informed and involved—not left guessing. You’ll receive honest advice, clear explanations, and direct communication throughout the process.

Personal injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. That means you don’t pay upfront legal fees. Attorney fees are only collected if compensation is recovered.
